ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used, both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our experts develop IT solutions for worldwide deployment at ALDI SOUTH. In this context, the Center of Excellence – Business Process Management team provides consultation to the business units on the continuous optimisation of our global business processes. Become part of our international team of experts and support the Business Process Management Director in their daily tasks as well as in all project topics in your role as Personal Assistant (m/f/d).

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • You will support the Director in project work and day-to-day business
  • You will create reports, presentations and summaries
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating and organising meetings, events and business trips
  • You will draw up agendas, write meeting minutes and other documents
  • You will independently and reliably complete all organisational and administrative tasks
  • Your daily tasks will include writing correspondence in German and English for internal and external contact partners

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • You have completed a business apprenticeship or a business studies degree
  • You also have professional experience in the commercial sector, in a project environment or in a comparable area of responsibility, ideally in an IT environment.
  • You have a talent for organisation, are communicative and can react flexibly to changing needs and requirements thanks to your quick comprehension skills
  • You are highly motivated and committed with excellent communication and team-working skills
  • You have a confident, friendly and professional attitude
  • You have very good German and English language skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
