Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Supporting the Group Director in projects and day-to-day business  
• Planning, coordinating and organising meetings, events and business trips
• Preparing, moderating and documenting meetings and workshops 
• Independently and reliably completing organisational and administrative tasks
• Ensuring a smooth flow of communication and timely distribution of information within the business unit 
• Researching, compiling data and creating documents in both German and English
• Optimising office efficiency in the business unit by using time-saving collaboration tools and workflows
• Taking on special tasks such as implementing measures for employee retention

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree in business studies or comparable training 
• Professional experience as a personal assistant at Group Director level or C-level, ideally with an IT background
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities independently and simultaneously
• High level of motivation, problem-solving skills and commitment   
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in the role of “Feel-Good Manager”  
• Ability to grasp situations quickly in order to react flexibly to changing requirements  
• Good knowledge of the standard MS Office tools (MS365, Miro)
• Good networking skills thanks to your confident, friendly and professional demeanour   
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
