<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Supporting the Managing Director in project work and everyday business as well as in strategic matters
  • Creating analyses and decision memos
  • Independently preparing for and following up appointments, presentations, meetings and IT project events
  • Completing all organisational and administrative tasks
  • Organising meetings and events at national and international level
  • Correspondence in German and English up to senior management level

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Business apprenticeship or (university) degree in business studies
  • Several years of practical experience in a similar area, ideally within an IT project environment
  • Ability to familiarise yourself with new topics proactively and independently drive forward solution concepts
  • Highly motivated and committed with excellent communication and team-working skills
  • Confident, friendly and professional attitude
  • Keen interest in IT, service orientation and, ideally, experience in the retail sector
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
