<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>
- Supporting management in project work and everyday business as well as in strategic matters
- Creating analyses and decision papers
- Independently preparing for and following up appointments, presentations, meetings and IT project events
- Completing all organisational and administrative tasks
- Organising meetings and events at national and international level
- Preparing correspondence in German and English up to senior management level
<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>
- You have completed a business apprenticeship or have a degree in business studies
- You already have experience of working in a similar role
- You are a self-starter with a proactive mindset and are motivated to drive forward new topics and solutions
- You have strong communication and teamwork skills and are a talented organiser
- You can work responsibly and independently in a structured way and you know how to prioritise
- You are reliable with quick comprehension skills and an affinity for IT
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
