<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Defining and consolidating operational KPIs for IT Infrastructure services and processes
  • Continuously monitoring the development (early engagement) of relevant performance KPIs with the goal of providing reliable services
  • Preparing and implementing an internal reporting standard for all relevant service KPIs
  • Internally creating transparency on performance KPIs and conducting relevant training sessions

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Degree in IT, or similar qualification/training
  • Experience in assessing operational performance KPIs in the area of IT infrastructure
  • Strong analytical skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Assertiveness with an independent and structured work style
  • Strong communication skills and very good English language skills
