Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Processing and managing enquiries for Test Factory testing requirements from receipt to complete fulfillment
• Collaborating in the management of external partners as well as cooperating with international IT departments
• Managing KPIs and SLAs, including monitoring and reporting on defined KPIs and SLAs for our Test Factory service provider
• Monitoring and managing the Test Factory service provider’s invoices
• Creating and maintaining communication documents, e.g. in MS PowerPoint and Confluence, as well as planning and preparing meetings (incl. Steering Committee and Board meetings up to CxO level)
• Supporting Test Factory’s IT controlling processes (budgets, timetables, quality) as well as producing monthly reports and maintaining project documentation

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in business administration, information technology or engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• First professional experience in IT project management
• Excellent numerical and analytical thinking skills
• Assertive and sociable team player with strong communication skills
• Flexible, committed and diplomatic
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken

Desirable extras.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as SharePoint, knowledge of Jira is also desirable
• Good German language skills
