Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Ensuring operational stability by managing ITSM artifacts on a day-to-day basis, e.g. standard requests, incidents and problems in an SAP IS Retail environment (with a focus on listing and promotion) 
• Managing and supporting external service providers for ticket resolution, closely monitoring SLAs 
• Providing detailed problem analyses and resolutions 
• Proactively identifying potential system improvements and reducing product problems; monitoring system performance to solve issues before they occur 
• Supporting the product owner in defining, writing and detailing IT-related processes and documentation (e.g. standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles)
   

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Professional experience in the IT operations area (e.g. as a support engineer or incident/problem manager) 
• Good knowledge of SAP IS Retail/MM/SD and SAP Fiori
• Persuasiveness, decisiveness and strong communication skills 
• Experience dealing with stakeholders from business and IT areas
• Self-driven working style and enjoyment of Agile working environments 
• Organised, analytical personality focused on target- and results-oriented outcomes 
• Very good English skills

Desirable extras.

• Good knowledge of ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow
