ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. The Customer Interaction department of our Digital Services unit focuses on how our customers use and experience our services online. Our ideal candidate would be familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools should come naturally to you. As part of the team you will help develop digital “must-haves” for various apps and websites, thus ensuring an excellent online experience for our customers.

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Continuously optimising the operational processes within our digital services unit and across products
  • Advising the product teams on best practice approaches as well as documentation and quality standards within operations
  • Deriving knowledge content from solved incidents/problems
  • Prioritising incidents/problems in coordination with the product owners and the relevant stakeholders
  • Tracking and evaluating the agreed Service Level Agreements

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • University degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of IT operations including knowledge of the corresponding tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence) and the areas of ITIL, Scrum and DevOps
  • Basic knowledge in the areas of software architecture, technology stacks and cloud services
  • Ideally experience with current technologies (Adobe Marketing Suite, web shops, databases) and a good understanding of these
  • Very good communication, moderation and analytical skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
