Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Actively designing and improving business processes and concepts for project and investment controlling with SAP Investment Management (SAP IM) and Project System (SAP PS) 
• Maintain and further develop processes, posting logics and test documentation 
• Identifying and realising optimisation opportunities in the areas of project cost planning, budgeting, and project accounting as well as reporting 
• Preparing and drafting decision papers 
• Supporting application processes, providing advice, and executing workshops with business departments worldwide 
• Managing stakeholders from various departments and project teams in an agile working environment 

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with a focus on economics or STEM (e.g. business administration, computer science, ...) or several years of relevant professional experience in the area of controlling/accounting with passion for IT 
• Profound experience in working with SAP in a controlling context, in particular the module PS, CO, and IM  
• Problem-solving skills and initial experience in business process management are beneficial 
• Interest in IT projects and working with IT systems 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate well in a team 
• Excellent strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills 
• Fluent English skills and willingness to travel internationally 

Desirable extras.

• Experience in working with related SAP modules e.g., FI-GL, FI-AA, MM, and/or ARIBA  
• Experiences with agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum, Kanban 
• Experience in using ServiceNow
