<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>
- Guides the squad and organization on how to use scrum & agile practices and methodologies
- Oversees scrum process and coaches the squad; facilitates transparency, inspection and adaptation
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings in a way that ensures full squad engagement
- Coaches Product Owner on agile methodologies (e.g. backlog refinement, sprint planning) and removes impediments
- Fosters close cooperation across all squad members, encourages cross-training and supporting each other
- Facilitates communication and collaboration inside and outside the squad
- Shields the squad from external interference and ensures the squad is fully functional and productive
- Fosters self-organization and growth within the squad and evolves agile mindset in chapters and squads through conversations, coaching, and role-playing exercises
- Builds a trusting and safe environment where people can raise ideas and concerns and supports establishing modern leadership following agile values and principles
<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>
- Skilled at navigating the squad through road-blocks facilitating sprint planning and execution
- Experience in Agile Development, with specific Scrum Master (or similar) experience and certification preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and convey agile concepts
- Emotional intelligence, being self-aware and socially connect with the team members, building a long-term relationship and creating a healthy work environment
- Active coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and evolve the squad’s potential
- Ability to teach the team to do experiments and take risks, encouraging them to keep learning and adapting
- Eager to connect and collaborate with other Scrum Masters within and outside of the company
