ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. As an SAP expert, you will play a key role in the implementation of ALDI SOUTH’s IT strategy and in one of the largest SAP implementation projects in the retail industry. You will develop global templates, implement software, monitor interfaces and liaise with all stakeholders.

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Advising, supporting and training the Logistic Platform team in agile working methods (e.g. agile values, principles and mindset)
  • Developing and implementing an environment in which the team can perform and evolve
  • Mastering measurement methods for agile contexts (user story points, burndown charts, etc.)
  • Coaching team members and removing obstacles (e.g. caused by personal conflicts) 
  • Facilitating agile events and other meetings (preparation and/or facilitation of e.g. the Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective).

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Completion of several agile projects in the Scrum Master role and successful completion of agile/lean transformation projects (at least +2 years of experience)
  • Certified Scrum Master (Scrum.org: PSM II and/or III) and experience in successfully working with agile teams and methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean) 
  • Understanding of the overall IT architectures, IT service landscape and applications of a retailer’s supply chain processes (preferably logistics)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (M365)
  • Problem-solving/analytical skills, tools/techniques (e.g. Miro, Jira)
  • Fluent English language skills
