<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • You will be responsible for two international IT services in the area of Category Management (assortment planning and space management)
  • You will manage a team of experts and will be responsible for their personal and professional development
  • You will ensure the maintenance, operation and further development of the existing IT services according to a holistic understanding of IT service management
  • You will support the expansion of the IT service portfolio of Category Management by directly consulting the departments on the optimisation, automation and digitalisation of our processes
  • You will conduct structured and effective stakeholder management, both internally and externally
  • You will be responsible for the planning and proactive management of the service budgets 

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • International professional experience focusing on category management, especially on assortment planning and space management (macro/micro) 
  • Experience in leading and developing employees and managing external partners 
  • Several years of international professional and project experience in operating and further developing complex software landscapes
  • Practical experience in the application of IT Service Management (ITIL) as well as strong requirements engineering skills  
  • Positive mindset, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and working
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
