ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. In the Customer Interaction team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools comes naturally to you. You will develop digital “must-haves” for various apps or websites and thus ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Independently supporting and consulting up to six international business entities with regard to the application operation of our e-commerce back-office solutions
  • Assuming overall responsibility for incident and problem management (e.g. ways of working, SLAs, prioritisation)
  • Coordinating and managing external service providers with regard to compliance with SLAs
  • Ensuring continuous stakeholder management as well as escalation management at all relevant service levels (L1, L2, L3)
  • Communication with international customers and service providers across all hierarchical levels
  • Developing efficient capacity management including capacity planning and supporting process control e.g. with the help of KANBAN and common service management/ticket tools
  • Assuming responsibility for our knowledge management process (incl. building and expanding the knowledge base)
  • Coordinating releases in collaboration with the responsible product owner as well as review of the team and its performance
  • Identifying risks and initiating measures for minimising risks

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>


  • Completed apprenticeship/degree with a focus on business administration or IT
  • Basic understanding in the area of e-commerce solutions as well as in customer and product management
  • Several years of experience in incident/problem management and the management of external service providers in an international context is desirable
  • Service and solution-oriented working attitude as well as analytical skills
  • Agile mindset, persuasiveness and strong communication skills
  • Very good English language skills; German skills beneficial
  • You have great team-working skills and enjoy working in a diverse international team
