ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. In the Customer Interaction team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools comes naturally to you. You will develop digital “must-haves” for various apps or websites and thus ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Coordinating technical configurations and maintaining social media and community management tools
  • Implementing and continuously improving technical processes in connection with various tools (such as Sprinklr)
  • Coordinating and cooperating with different stakeholders and dependent institutions
  • Increasing efficiency and improving the tools by adapting technology and the infrastructure

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • A university degree in the field of business studies/economics with a focus on marketing or computer science
  • Content or technical experience in social media and community management
  • Experience using Sprinklr or similar, or open to acquire technical knowledge
  • Experience in dealing with different service providers and stakeholders from different countries
  • Strong communicator with a structured way of handling your own tasks and a proactive approach geared towards results paired with a strong team spirit
  • Enjoy working with different colleagues, stakeholders and customers
