<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  •  Introducing service management principles in various business units, including HR and Stores
  • Comprehensively advising departments in order to ensure smooth and consistent processes and services
  • Managing global projects for the digitalisation of our enterprise services 
  • Expanding our existing enterprise service management solution (ServiceNow)
  • Managing and continuously developing your own team
  • Working closely with national and international departments, as well as with external development partners
     

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • In-depth expertise in process analysis and documentation (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, BPMN or EPK)
  • Experience in process automation using workflow tools
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in designing services and developing related concepts (service design thinking, service blueprinting)
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of agile methods
  • Experience in leading and developing individual employees and teams
  • Very good English language skills
