<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • You will be part of a quickly growing and highly motivated team and support our internal business clients
  • You will take on an interface role between the business and IT, and confidently interact with and mediate between the two areas
  • You will determine, deliver and communicate the added value provided by the IT organisation for our internal clients from the business teams
  • You will ensure that our Global Service Desks provide the right services in the right relation (quality/costs) and support our clients in identifying the right business value metrics
  • You will ensure that the defined metrics and the underlying performance levels are met and derive suitable measures from this
  • You will develop strategies, concepts and prototypes within the team and play an important role in the strategic business development of our clients

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • You have a degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
  • You are a creative, entrepreneurial and relational thinker and are able to apply this ability to both a strategic and business level
  • You have at least two years of experience in consulting or customer success management/business relationship management
  • You are assertive, committed and a sociable team player
  • You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Your German and English language skills are very good
