ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. In the Customer Interaction team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools comes naturally to you. You will develop digital “must-haves” for various apps or websites and thus ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Managing overarching timelines and establishing roadmaps in an agile setup
  • Managing dependencies across different initiatives and projects to deliver business value for our ALDI markets and customers
  • Reviewing agile metrics on program level and initiating appropriate action
  • Acting as an escalation path contact for Scrum Masters and initiative managers
  • Managing stakeholder communication and reporting
  • Aligning with different PMO teams within International IT and the country deployment teams
  • Serving our agile delivery organisation

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on information technology, STEM or business administration
  • 5+ years of experience in program and/or project management using agile methodologies
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean etc.) and experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS etc.)
  • Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
