Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Analysing data from various sources to provide insights that enable and drive data-informed decision making for our web and mobile app portfolio
  • Defining and implementing data interfaces and tracking concepts and ensuring consistent and effective data collection
  • Identifying key metrics, developing reports and dashboards and providing actionable recommendations to improve product performance, user experience and overall business outcomes
  • Supporting A/B testing and experiments to ensure statistically correct results
  • Monitoring product performance and user behaviour on a regular basis
  • Proactively supporting decision making, identifying risks and potential improvements for our web and mobile app business
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, engineers and designers to understand user behaviour and business impact and to detect opportunities and validate hypotheses

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a digital product or technology-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Hotjar
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and extracting data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
  • Very good English skills

 

Desirable extras.

  • Advanced certifications in data science, analytics, or related fields
  • Experience in maintaining data landscapes and the interpretation of data and correlations in an ecosystem, preferably in the retail industry
  • Understanding of digital product development processes and methodologies
  • Experience with agile development practices and tools like Jira
  • A proactive mindset towards exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities
