Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Advising departments on improving end-to-end processes through data-driven process transparency and fact-based insights 
• Performing general project management tasks (e.g. controlling and reporting) and ensuring that projects meet the agreed quality, schedule and budget requirements 
• Driving topics in the process documentation (BPMN 2.0) area 
• Managing stakeholders (e.g. building relationships and ensuring open communication)
• Developing ALDI’s end-to-end business processes and implementing related business requirements
• Leading and developing a team of international employees

What is desirable.

• Experience working with SAP applications and Confluence

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in computer science, business administration or a comparable field
• 3+ years experience as a project lead or comparable experience 
• Comprehensive understanding of how process documentation works (e.g. experience with SAP Signavio) 
• Strong analytical skills and a data- and fact-driven working approach 
• Ability to present complex topics and results in a clear, structured and comprehensible manner with a confident, persuasive demeanour 
• Strong communication and moderation skills, e.g. when presenting results to key stakeholders 
• Willingness to expand IT knowledge and work closely with IT colleagues
• Willingness to travel for business, as well as work on-site and remotely 
• Fluency in English
