The IT systems at ALDI SOUTH are currently undergoing global transformation, for which our international experts are developing innovative IT solutions within the scope of cross-border projects for worldwide use across our business operations.
As part of the IT Corporate Development department, you will assume responsibility for setting up and implementing an integrated multi-project management process for our project portfolio across all business and IT areas.

Your Job

What you give your best for.

• You will significantly optimise the implementation management of the international IT project portfolio by designing and implementing a cross-functional planning routine that integrates strategic, time-related and technical aspects and takes the availability of resources into account
• You will participate in discussions and the coordination processes with stakeholders from IT and business teams at various management levels
• You will be responsible for the regular synchronisation of overarching plans in line with the dynamic development of the project portfolio as well as enterprise release planning
• You will regularly report both the planning status and the progress to the IT and business management teams
• You will perform analyses regarding sequential logic, technical dependencies and potential conflicts
• You will develop communication routines along the delivery chain and actively coordinate the resolution of planning conflicts

Your Profile

What you should have.

• University degree with a focus on information technology or engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the area of SAP implementation programmes, especially in program and portfolio management as well as multi-project management
• Experience in implementing classic and agile IT development projects
• Experience in working in a complex transformation environment
• Quick comprehension skills, analytical thinking and strong communication and presentation skills
• High level of flexibility and motivation to actively shape the optimisation of our processes in a dynamic environment
• Very good English language skills
