About the position 

We are looking for a charismatic leader to manage the newly established IT Service Management team in the “STORES” unit, which is responsible for developing, optimising and supporting the global IT systems for our stores. Lots of new projects and modifications to the application landscape place high demands on quality, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and availability. In your role, you will be tasked with reorganising and restructuring the processes, tasks and responsibilities in the area of release and deployment management. You will also be responsible for building a strong team. You will play a major role in shaping our path forward.

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • You will organise the setup of the team, network with all stakeholders and promote cross-departmental collaboration between teams
  • You will analyse, structure and optimise the processes and tasks in the area of IT service management
  • You and your team will be responsible for centrally maintaining and coordinating the release calendar including all dependencies
  • You will ensure adherence to the release management processes, quality gates and completeness of all relevant artefacts
  • You will put suitable service quality management and governance structures in place and set up the appropriate monitoring system

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • You have a degree (Bachelor) (f/m/x) in the area of computer science (with business studies), economics, or a comparable qualification
  • You have experience working with ITSM frameworks and ITSM solutions (e.g. ServiceNow)  
  • You see yourself as a constructive problem solver who always strives to optimise wherever possible
  • You have a professional manner, work reliably and enjoy agile working
  • You have very good German and English language skills
  • Ideally, you have an ITIL® qualification or similar
  • You are a leader with excellent communication skills
