Your Job

What this role looks like.

• You will be instrumental in developing a cloud-based eCommerce solution 
• Enable your team to develop modern and modular software
• Ensure implementation quality, flexibility and performance of solutions 
• Ensure development matches to functional and non-functional requirements and designs for implementability
• Ensure the team design the product according to specification and design of country needs
• Responsible for monitoring and optimising the production environment and process
• Work in professional software development in an international environment
• Working closely together with our development partner Spryker, you will be responsible for: 
• Identifying and sharing best practice within the Business Analyst community and agile team 
• Challenging potential external providers (on application and system implementation)
• Actively participating in agile meetings and ceremonies according to Scrum
• Lead a chapter of Business Analysts

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Extensive experience working on large IT projects 
• Extensive experience working with complex business requirements and process designs
• Hands-on knowledge in designing state-of-the-art integration technologies and architectures 
• Experience working in Grocery eCommerce 
• Extensive knowledge of best practices for Business Analyst concepts, methodologies and tools
• Competent technical skills, ingenuity and creativity
• Experience with shop systems such as Spryker, Oxid, Magento or Hybris
• Agile mindset, good communication and presentation skills

Desirable extras.

• Experience with shop systems such as Spryker, Oxid, Magento or Hybris
• 5 years experience of product development
