Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Managing and continuously developing an international team
• Supporting the platform department in managing operational processes
• Coordinating cross-team solutions for incidents or requests
• Ensuring excellent consulting services for stakeholders and/or users regarding issues or demands for our Data & Analytics platforms
• Assuming the overarching role of Change Manager and facilitating the regular Change Advisory Board meetings
• Monitoring and reporting on SLA compliance in incident management for the platform services
• Coordinating and driving service improvement initiatives

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Several years of experience in management and/or project implementation in the area of data and analytics
• Practical experience as a developer, solution designer or operations engineer
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Very good presentation skills
• Assertive, committed and sociable team player with excellent communication skills
• Very good English language skills

What is desirable.

• Experience in using systems from the Data & Analytics area
• Experience in building or maintaining user support services
