Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Providing advice on how to improve end-to-end business processes with data-driven process transparency and fact-based insights
• Managing and developing a team of international employees
• Leading initiatives related to process documentation
• Serving as the business contact for our IT platform to improve the existing IT landscape in line with the business and create added value
• Developing our end-to-end business processes and implementing related business requirements
• Performing general project management tasks (e.g. steering and reporting), as well as ensuring that projects meet the defined quality, time and budget criteria
• Organising and conducting international workshops with diverse stakeholders
   

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree with a focus on information technology or similar
• Experience in managing employees or several years of experience in project management
• Proficient in process documentation tools (e.g. SAP Signavio)
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
• Eagerness to learn about international business processes
• Strong communication skills and fluent business English
   

Desirable extras.

• Experience in IT strategy or management consulting
