Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Drive the to be established data & analytics L&D team within design, pilot and operationalisation
• Define the concept and target groups for the L&D academy
• Analyse, plan and create personas and learning paths
• Plan and coordinate the creation of different training modules and campaigns for the L&D academy, e.g. for data literacy and data culture
• Define and measure KPIs for the tracking of the success of the L&D academy

Your Profile

What you should have.

•  3+ years of professional work experience in the field of training & academy
• University degree or similar qualifications
• Data & Analytics or Data Governance experience
• Excellent communication skills, intercultural competencies and able to target messages to the audience group 
• Structured thinking/way of working and a solution-oriented mindset  
• Excellent level of English
