ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH. In the Customer Interaction team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools comes naturally to you. You will develop digital “must-haves” for various apps or websites and thus ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.

Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for further developing and expanding the knowledge management process including the central knowledge database 
  • Defining documentation standards and tools and training our agile product teams 
  • Ensuring the uniform recording, updating and documentation of relevant information 
  • Regularly reviewing and auditing knowledge articles and compliance with internal guidelines 

Your Profile

  • A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration 
  • Excellent knowledge of knowledge management processes and tools 
  • Very good writing, editing and documentation skills 
  • Basic knowledge of IT Service Management, experience in using Confluence 
  • Very good communication and analytical skills 
  • Fluency in English
