Our Supply Chain & Logistics area is responsible for optimising systems and workflows in product replenishment and logistics. Our colleagues in this area oversee the development and integration of the new core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. We use the latest IT solutions to improve our systems and IT processes in our warehouses and transportation management, and strive to achieve more accurate forecasts for our core range, fresh products and specials.

Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Responsibility for optimising Allocation and Direct to Store Delivery processes in all ALDI SÜD countries. 
  • Working with the national Supply Chain and Logistics teams in the ALDI SÜD countries to understand the operational business, identify optimisation potentials and drive targeted optimisation activities with the international IT teams.
  • Provide detailed analysis, research, and a solution-oriented approach to create a robust global system landscape.
  • Preparation of training materials and conduction of workshops to support the end users in the national Supply Chain departments in the operational.
  • Cross-stream collaboration with other departments (Buying, Stores, Finance, Warehouse and Transport Management) to get a holistic view of process optimisations.
     

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • Professional experience in Supply Chain or Logistics or educational background in Supply Chain or Logistics area required
  • Ability to adjust quickly to fast-paced project environments and ability to coordinate stakeholders in different parts of the business to achieve project goals
  • Project Management Experience
  • Ability to demonstrate structured, analytical and independent ways of working
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Fluency in English language

 

Desirable extras.

  • SAP experience (S/4 HANA) preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience with IT transformation projects preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience with Agile working preferred, but not mandatory
