Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Managing and coordinating strategic IT service providers to ensure smooth operation of our applications
• Liaising with different business departments to make sure that our applications and services are used consistently
• Ensuring effective and efficient collaboration with external service providers to achieve our goals
• Shaping and optimising structures and processes in application development and operations to enable steady operation of our applications
• Assuming responsibility for dashboard tracking of service level agreements (SLAs) and monitoring other key performance indicators to ensure that the service providers meet the agreed standards
• Providing support regarding the enforcement of contractual penalties or sanctions in the event that service providers do not comply with the agreed SLAs

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable vocational training that provides you with a solid foundation
• Initial professional experience in IT procurement or project management with a focus on IT services, or similar internship or professional work placement experiences 
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with different teams
• Creativity, humour, motivation and absolute reliability 
• Very good English language skills

Desirable extras.

• Proficiency in German
