Your Job

What this role looks like.

• You help to map, document and analyse our current business processes
• You collect and analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for process enhancement
• You help to create process documentation (e.g. flowcharts and process guidelines)
• You are involved in planning, coordinating and implementing exercises and simulations for checking the effectiveness of business continuity plans (BCP)
• You help to organise training programmes and other events
• You are involved in maintaining and further developing the BCPs and performing resource assessments

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• You are a student on a degree course with a focus on information technology or business informatics
• You have an affinity for IT and good knowledge of standard MS Office applications
• You have good English language skills and can communicate well with national and international colleagues
• You are extremely dedicated, a good team player and have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• You have excellent analytical thinking skills and are able to quickly grasp new concepts

Desirable extras.

• Initial relevant practical experience in the areas of IT and E2E process management
