Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Assistance in the visualisation (mapping), documentation and analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Collection and analysis of operational data to identify trends, weaknesses and opportunities for process improvement
• Support in the preparation of detailed flowcharts and process guides that contribute to optimisation
• Support in the planning, coordination and execution of emergency exercises and simulations to verify the effectiveness of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
• Support in the development of training and awareness programmes for employees in the area of Business Continuity Management (BCM)

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Ongoing studies with a focus on information technology or business informatics
• Passion for IT and confident use of the standard MS Office applications
• Good English language skills to enable collaboration with international and national colleagues
• Exceptional level of commitment and team spirit, as well as interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly

Desirable extras.

• Initial relevant practical experience in the areas of IT and E2E process management
