Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Providing strategic and operational support to department management
• Improving and driving innovation in the implementation of IT service management
• Creating concepts and presentations on insights critical to decision-making for organisational, process and project-related functions
• Coordinating and moderating workshops and working groups 
• Collaborating with different departments to align needs and drive improvements in order to reach ITSM goals 
• Coordinating and supporting project management activities for ITSM implementation and operational stability-related projects

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree or similar qualification focused on IT, project management or business
• Strategic thinking and the ability to work in a demanding environment, while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities independently and simultaneously
• A passion for learning and proactive approach to staying up to date on the latest trends, best practices and emerging technologies
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills to drive meaningful and transparent communication
• A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Proactive team player with excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Desirable extras.

• Experience in IT service management and familiarity with the ITIL framework
• Experience in IT management consulting
• Experience working with one or more of the following tools: Confluence, Jira, SharePoint or ServiceNow
