Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Taking responsibility for projects focusing on SAP Ariba
• Leading and supporting initiatives for collaboration between various back-office teams and the operational business
• Key liaison between our operational finance and procurement areas and external partners, ensuring integration of strategies into project processes 
• Deploying expertise in purchase-to-pay processes to advise our global departments, ensuring these processes align with our overarching business goals 
• Developing, evaluating, and improving purchase-to-pay business processes to optimize operational workflows, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with local legislation

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Solid experience in handling finance or procurement operations 
• Demonstrable experience working with one or more core modules of SAP Ariba or similar 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate effective interaction between a variety of internal and external stakeholders 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for business requirements 
• Fluent English language skills; proficiency in German is highly regarded
• Willingness to travel internationally as part of your role

Desirable extras.

• Agile mindset and experience in applying agile frameworks in a scaled environment
• An academic background in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or hands-on experience as an Ariba key user
• Versatile knowledge of project management methodologies
