As an SAP expert, you will play a key role in the implementation of ALDI SOUTH’s IT strategy and in one of the largest SAP implementation projects in the retail industry. You will develop global templates, implement software, monitor interfaces and liaise with all stakeholders.

<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Managing and monitoring the processes and KPIs agreed with our internal clients and IT service providers in the incident, problem, change and request management processes for our SAP TM services 
  • Assuming the role of central contact person with responsibility for the successful operation of SAP TM and continuous improvement of ITSM processes
  • Working closely together with our international and national IT and business units
  • Managing our external service partners (onshore/offshore) as well as forming a stable and successful long-term cooperation
  • Planning changes and releases of the IT service
  • Identifying, implementing and communicating process improvements with all stakeholders 

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • Degree with a focus on information technology, or comparable professional experience
  • Several years of experience working in international IT operations and in service provider management in an intercultural environment, ideally in the area of logistics
  • Experience in using IT Service Management (ITIL) and operative and transitional processes
  • Creative, solution-focused, flexible, assertive with sound diplomatic skills
  • A confident and competent demeanour at all times
  • Committed and sociable team player with excellent communication skills
  • Very good German and English language skills
