<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>

  • Defining standards and guidelines for incident and problem management
  • Supporting your team in proactively identifying, analysing, prioritising and documenting incidents, primarily at 3rd level
  • Advising the business team on the application of methodical techniques of root cause analysis
  • Acting as the single point of contact for escalation management and interacting with relevant stakeholders (e.g. business departments or test, change and release management)
  • Increasing the overall quality of service by creating best practices

<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>

  • University degree with a focus on information technology or several years of professional experience
  • Experience in incident/problem management and the management of service providers
  • Sound knowledge of operating and maintenance concepts for software solutions
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow as well as practical experience in the ITIL incident and problem management processes
  • ITIL certification is desirable
  • Very good English language skills
