As a central Problem & Incident Manager, you will play a key role in the successful maintenance of ALDI SOUTH’s supply chain and logistics IT solutions across all countries and will be part of one of the largest SAP and non-SAP implementation projects in the retail sector. You will develop concepts, support software implementation, monitor its status and liaise with all stakeholders.
Your Job

- Defining and further developing processes, standards and guidelines for incident and problem management in the Supply Chain Planning & Execution (SCP&E) business unit
- Supporting the SCP&E specialist team in proactively identifying, analysing, prioritising and documenting incidents, primarily at 3rd level
- Advising the specialist teams on how to apply root cause analysis methodology
- Acting as the single point of contact for escalation management and interacting with relevant stakeholders (e.g. business units or test, change and release management)
- Increasing overall service quality by creating best practices
Your Profile
What you should have.
- A degree or other relevant qualification/training with a focus on IT
- Several years of professional experience and excellent methodological knowledge in the area of test management, ideally in an SAP environment
- High affinity for using supporting software solutions (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager) and ITIL processes for operation and maintenance
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a team are just as much a part of your working style as your strong planning and organisational skills
- Very good English language skills; German skills beneficial

- Commitment and willingness to work independently and drive topics forward
- Knowledge in setting up and operating centrally controlled services based on ITIL
