<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>
- Assuming product ownership for the IT-wide ITSM reporting function in ServiceNow
- Developing, aligning and implementing a roadmap for ServiceNow-based reports and analytics
- Recording, analysing and specifying functional requirements and ad-hoc analyses to support management decisions
- Discussing requirements for ITSM reporting with various stakeholders following a smart approach, e.g. IT Process Owners
- Coordinating, managing and implementing performance analytics requirements with agile teams
- Identifying, assessing and integrating additional data sources (e.g. Apptio) in ServiceNow
- Entering into regular dialogue with international departments and external partners
<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>
- A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
- In-depth work experience applying ITSM concepts and performance analytics in ServiceNow (e.g. certification in ITIL and/or Performance Analytics Essentials)
- Relevant work experience using the ServiceNow platform
- Understanding of the concepts of relational databases
- Committed, assertive and sociable team player with excellent communication skills
- Structured and independent working style and very good German and English language skills
