<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>
- Together with your colleagues, you form the communicative interface between different teams
- You support the IT organization in the definition of its IT services as well as their maintenance
- You are responsible for the operational implementation and completion of projects
- You will be involved in the strategic planning and active further development of our project management
- You support our company-wide communication both editorially and technically
- You plan and organize a variety of company-wide ITSM trainings and support their technical development
<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>
- You have a degree, preferably in the field of economics, business informatics or computer science
- You have initial knowledge of M365 tools, such as Teams, Outlook & SharePoint and may have worked with ServiceNow before
- You ideally already have experience in IT projects and/or project management
- Analytical thinking and a desire to delve into new tasks in order to develop solutions independently
- You communicate confidently in German and English with our internationally operating project teams and resource managers
