Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Defining, implementing and optimising structures/processes in the area of application development and operations
• Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of collaboration with external service providers 
• Managing and coordinating strategic IT service providers for all applications operated by the entire group of companies in a multi-vendor setup
• Working closely with a variety of International IT departments to ensure consistent use of applications and services

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Several years of experience in IT service management for application operations and/or vendor management/provider management
• Degree in computer science or business informatics, completed vocational training as an IT specialist, or comparable qualification
• Above-average analytical and conceptual skills
• Communication skills, a sense of diplomacy and fluency in English

Desirable extras.

• Experience with HP ALM and ServiceNow
• Good German language skills
