Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Helping to derive and define the overarching IT strategy for the Stores area using the OKR (objectives and key results) framework
• Participating in and monitoring the implementation of IT projects and initiatives in the Stores area to ensure they are carried out according to plan
• Recording and monitoring the strategic IT roadmap in ServiceNow for the Stores area, in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Working with managers and their teams to identify, define, prioritise and steer strategic IT initiatives
• Acting as an internal consultant and preparing ad-hoc analyses and concepts on current strategic IT topics in the industry
• Creating presentations and coordinating international cross-hierarchical committees

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with a focus on business administration, IT or a comparable qualification
• Proven multi-year experience in planning, managing and executing IT projects, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English and German as well as at various hierarchical levels
• Independent, proactive working style as well as organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Analytical mindset and the ability to process complex information
• High degree of trustworthiness and discretion

Desirable extras. 

• Experience in IT strategy or management consulting
• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills are an advantage
• Experience working with ServiceNow
