Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Supporting the further development of our IT Shared Services unit
• Developing, preparing and implementing strategic concepts in the context of our IT Shared Services unit
• Managing, supporting and/or working on global, strategic and interdisciplinary (agile) IT projects and initiatives
• Closely collaborating with our international top management team and making preparations for related committees 
• Coordinating and communicating with national and international stakeholders
• Further developing and implementing our Project Management Office (PMO) as well as ensuring the PMO’s operational activities  

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Degree with a main focus on business economics or IT (e.g. business informatics, business administration)
• Experience in (strategic) management consulting 
• Strategic thinking, assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Experience in summarising complex matters for upper management
• Very good presentation and communication skills, also in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams

What is desirable.

• Experience in the further development of IT shared service centres
• Ideally, experience with IT service management processes according to ITIL
