Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Analysing and solving issues related to SAP MM logistics and purchasing processes (second and third-level support)
• Monitoring and troubleshooting events in SAP systems related to our global supply chain
• Proactively improving the support of our business processes
• Responsibility for knowledge building and transfer between the project and support organisation teams
• Closely cooperating with our global project teams and system integrators in terms of requirements analysis, testing, etc.
• Updating and maintaining the SAP MM functional documentation

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Completed apprenticeship with a focus on information technology
• Thorough knowledge of  SAP MM logistics and purchasing processes
• Experience in configuring business processes with a focus on SAP MM 
• Initial experience in providing support within an SAP landscape, ideally experience in working with SAP Retail
• Extensive experience in working with MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English
