Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Assuming responsibility for the design, documentation and efficiency of our global IT processes as well as carrying out the daily process administration
  • Advising our IT service owners on process utilisation and process efficiency analysis
  • Assisting in monitoring, controlling and reporting on process efficiency and compliance by means of KPIs as well as monitoring process roles
  • Providing training on processes and tools for our employees around the world
  • Collaborating with the ServiceNow product owner to identify and resolve challenges encountered when mapping the processes within the system
  • Supporting the continuous development of our IT Service Management standards and processes
  • Closely and regularly cooperating with international departments and external partners

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration, or similar qualification/training
  • Professional experience in dealing with IT service management processes is desirable
  • Good knowledge of IT Service Management processes according to ITIL
  • Good knowledge of relevant IT tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, as well as structured and independent way of working
  • Assertive, committed and sociable team player with strong communication skills
  • Very good German and English language skills
