Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Assuming overall responsibility for the design, documentation and efficiency of our global IT Service Level Management or Release Management process as a process owner
  • Advising our IT service owners on process utilisation and process efficiency analysis
  • Carrying out the daily process administration processes
  • Monitoring, controlling and reporting on process efficiency and compliance by means of KPIs as well as monitoring of process roles
  • Providing training on processes and tools for our employees around the world
  • Collaborating with the ServiceNow product owner to identify and resolve challenges encountered when mapping the process within the system
  • Continuous further developing the process and the associated IT Service Management standards
  • Closely and regularly cooperating with international departments and external partners

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration, or similar qualification/training
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of IT Service Management or Release Management
  • Very good knowledge of IT Service Management processes according to ITIL, especially service level management
  • Good knowledge of relevant IT tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Assertive, committed and sociable team player with strong communication skills
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Very good German and English language skills
