Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation for one of our IT services (Digital Workplace, Private & Public Cloud, Network & Endpoint Solutions, Identity/Authorisation & Active Directory Solutions, Server & Backup) with a strong focus on process compliance and customer satisfaction​
• Managing and coordinating internal service delivery team(s)​
• Closely managing external partners as part of your day-to-day tasks​
• Acting as a central point of contact and assuming responsibility for planning and continuously improving IT service delivery​
• Defining and monitoring service level KPIs (SLAs, OLAs, UCs) to ensure great service performance and high-quality

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• A degree or apprenticeship with a focus on IT
• Sound, overarching IT knowledge  and basic ITIL knowledge
• Technical knowledge about fundamental IT infrastructure topics
• Experience in cooperating with external IT service providers
• Above-average analytical and conceptual skills
• Keen interest in international collaboration
• Good communication and diplomatic skills, as well as fluent English language skills
