<h3 class="jd">Your Tasks</h3>
- Acting as an interface between process owners, IT service teams (build owners) and customers in the operations of our global IT solutions
- Managing the scoping process in the release, change and request management processes in close cooperation with the IT service teams
- Monitoring the implementation of new requirements and regularly reporting on progress
- Assuming the role of central contact person, with responsibility for continuous improvement of processes between our internal customers, the IT service teams and the process owners
- Using your technical expertise and understanding of processes to advise our internal customers and IT service teams on new requirements and their implementation
<h3 class="jq">Your Profile</h3>
- Degree or other relevant IT qualification
- Sound, overarching IT and ITIL knowledge
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English
