Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Managing projects in the customer engagement area
• Creating roadmaps in an agile setup, taking overarching structures into account
• Coaching and supporting colleagues through knowledge transfer in the context of project implementation
• Building your own network and sharing knowledge with relevant stakeholders
• Assuming responsibility for reporting on projects and initiatives and creating transparency for (senior) management
• Ensuring that project planning and execution is in line with portfolio governance requirements and adheres to ALDI's internal processes and policies

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree in IT, economics or engineering, or comparable qualifications
• Sound methodological competencies in classic and agile project management
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Very good communication skills and a proactive way of working
• Creative approach to solving problems with the ability to focus on details while keeping the bigger picture in mind
• Very good English language skills

Desirable extras.

• Several years of professional experience in project management (ideally in an IT environment) 
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as knowledge of SharePoint, Miro, Confluence, Jira and ServiceNow to enable a targeted approach to implementing projects
