Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Independently managing (rollout) projects with up to 20 teams in a customer interaction environment throughout the entire life cycle
• Cooperating with departments in various ALDI countries
• Establishing road maps in an agile setup in consideration of overall timelines
• International stakeholder management and professional risk Management skills
• Managing (technical) interdependencies between different initiatives and projects in order to raise the business value for our ALDI stores and customers
• Introducing and monitoring agile metrics on a project level and deriving appropriate measures
• Stakeholder management and reporting

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Degree with a focus on information technology or management
• At least five years of experience in project management 
• Solid understanding of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Creative approach to solving problems with an ability to focus on details while keeping the big picture in sight
• Fluency in English (C1 - C2 Level)

Desirable extras.

• First experiences with IT Projects in an international context
• Certifications in Project Management Methods (e.g. PRINCE2)
