Your Job

What you give your best for.

• Operating and further developing SAP S/4HANA IS Retail in the areas of article listing, management of assortment/layout modules, promotion management and promotional offers
• Monitoring and optimising interfaces to SAP and non-SAP applications
• Resolving incidents as part of a level 3/4 team of experts
• Conducting functional and integration tests
• Managing our partner for system operation and integration
• Supporting and independently managing ChaRM processes (SAP Transport Management with SAP SolMan)
• Ensuring compliance with standards and the agreed target architecture
   

Your Profile

What you should have.

• Completed apprenticeship/degree in a technical/science subject 
• At least two years of operational or project experience in the area of SAP Retail assortment management and promotion
• Experience with incident/problem management and the management of IT services/products
• Ideally, basic knowledge of custom configuration of Fiori applications, ABAP Workbench or Data Dictionary
• Knowledge of IT service or project management methods and related experience
• Very good English language skills; German skills beneficial
