Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Monitoring system stability, availability and performance
  • Monitoring interface stability and availability, including data flows and data quality
  • Resolving minor incidents and bugs directly
  • Preparing reports
  • Providing L3 support, event and incident management
  • Providing training and onboarding for L1 and L2 support
  • Ensuring security awareness and establishing best practises within the solution 
  • Challenging the status quo by constantly enhancing system processes and landscape
  • Documenting operational processes
  • Closely collaborating with SMEs, architects, and POs
  • Communicating with intercultural stakeholders

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • A degree or other relevant qualification with a focus on IT 
  • Extensive knowledge of web technologies such as REST API, SOAP and databases 
  • Experience in following agile ceremonies (SCRUM)
  • Experience in working with Adobe Workfront (Work Management Platform) and Adobe Workfront Fusion (Work automation Platform)
  • Extensive experience in software development and the ITIL concept 
  • A proactive, autonomous, well organised way of working with a team-oriented attitude 
  • Ability to autonomously handle and resolve incoming incidents, deliver root cause analyses and document defects
  • Data-driven mindset, persuasiveness and strong intercultural communication skills
  • Very good English language skills (C-level)
