Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Management and further development of a Service Operations team with focus on SAP SAP Monitoring & Scheduling
• Definition and elaboration of technical and business requirements in close coordination with our stakeholders
• Coordination and alignment with the involved IT teams, business units and external service providers
• Transfer of (technical) projects into the steady state phase including ensuring knowledge transfer

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• Knowledge and experience with monitoring tools, preferably SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run and SAP Workload Automation. 
• Ability & passion to lead and inspire colleagues, both internal and external
• Profound experience in service provider management
• Relevant experience in international IT project management 
• Technical and functional experience with current state-of-the-art SAP products
